Michael O'Shea

Michael doesn't know what to believe. He's more comfortable with 1-on-1 conversation...but here we are. He rants about some things, but he's too agreeable to argue. He may pretend to be stoic, but it's a feeble attempt. He doesn't know whether his unsure comedic persona is a crafty way to endear himself to the audience, or a convenient way to minimise his already minimal presence on-stage. He is also unsure whether he will alter this comedic persona based on feedback. He probably will. He just wants to be loved. In any case, he hopes his own discomfort develops into an effective and consistent style. He's also not self-aware enough to know whether his set is funny, so, please affirm this to him after each gig, and please do so in a non-threatening manner and tone. If you didn’t think his set was fun, please Deliver this feedback with radical candor. He is writing this in third person. somewhat satirical, somewhat ironic tone as a defense mechanism for his ego. He doesn’t know what parts are true or false—there’s plausible deniability… I think that’s what that means. He was told this bio must be 200 words. He followed the instructions.
