Ahamed Weinberg

Ahamed Weinberg is a comedian, writer, actor, and director from Philadelphia. He served as Story Editor on Ramy Youssef's A24/Amazon animated series, #1 Happy Family USA, and Netflix's upcoming series GOLF. He created, directed, and starred in the new Stapleview digital series 45 Years Later and did the same for Comedy Central's Ahamed's Ramadan Diary. He created and co-directed the digital series Please Understand Me, executive produced by Sarah Silverman, and his short film Lovebirds premiered on Amazon Prime. As an actor, he recently played himself in the Emmy award-winning series Hacks. Before that, he recurred on Crave's Late Bloomer, and HBO's Insecure. Ahamed has performed on Late Night with Seth Meyers and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and was featured in TimeOut LA's Comics to Watch and Vulture's 20 Comics to Watch. His online presence is substantial, with millions of views across stand-up clips, Don't Tell Comedy, and Comedy Central sets. He frequently opens for Shane Gillis and Hasan Minhaj in sold-out stadiums across America. Ahamed has also appeared on The Eric Andre Show, and the 2025 revival of TBS' The Joe Schmo Show. He currently resides in Brooklyn.
